SUN’IY INTELLEKT — VOSITA, INSON — EGASI: TA’LIM, HOKIMIYAT VA TIBBIYOTDA SI’NING CHEGARALARI
Abstract
Maqolada sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining ta’lim, davlat boshqaruvi va tibbiyot sohalaridagi imkoniyatlari hamda ularni qo‘llashning axloqiy, huquqiy va amaliy chegaralari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot SI tizimlari qaror qabul qilish jarayonida ko‘makchi vosita bo‘lib qolishi, yakuniy mas’uliyat esa insonda saqlanishi kerakligi g‘oyasiga tayanadi. Xalqaro hujjatlar, ilmiy adabiyotlar va O‘zbekistonning me’yoriy-huquqiy bazasi qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, SI tizimlarida inson nazoratining uch darajasi — yordamchi, maslahatchi va qaror qabul qiluvchi daraja — hamda ularni baholash uchun “uch savol” mezoni taklif etiladi. Natijalar SI’ni oliy ta’lim muassasalari, davlat organlari va tibbiyot muassasalarida joriy etishda xavflarni kamaytirishga xizmat qiladi.
